To provide hassle free and collateral security free loan to the students, belongs to the West Bengal with nominal simple interest for a maximum amount of Rs. 10 Lakhs to the students persuing studies within and outside West Bengal or Abroad.

3. A nominal simple interest rate of 4%.

4. If the interest is fully serviced within the study periods, there Will be a rebate of 1% interest rate.

Quantum of Finance and Security (WBSCCS)

1. Maximum amount of loan available is Rs. 2 lakhs.

2. Students can borrow loan at anytime during the course of their study.

3. Loan application should be submitted by the students.

4. There will be a life cover in the name of the students up to the loan amount sanctioned. The insurance premium to be borne by the students, which shall be debited from his loan amount.

5. Students and the co-borrower Will enter into an agreement with the bank as per bank rules.

6. The bank will not insist on any security or collateral security in tangible or intangible from others than co-obligation of the parents or legal guardians.
